October 27 at 8:43 AMIt has been a joy participating in this with everyone. May every day be the people's eco challenge. I know I didn't do everything I wanted to, so I have my work cut out for me moving forward... Here's to little changes, every day, and big ones, too!

October 22 at 2:15 PMEnjoying the process very much and even though some days I forget to tune in and account for my challenge I am thrilled to see some new practices emerging like sitting on front perch with my cuppa and being in the garden.

October 22 at 2:12 PMYesterday I spent most of the day in the garden, adding compost to the soil and planting summer vegetables. I felt so enlivened at the end of the day even though a bit tired.

October 21 at 9:13 AMThe rain is starting to put a damper on my walking goal -- LOL!! But bless these much needed rains!! Time for some rain gear for both me and my dog! ;)
