REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Reduce Refined SugarBefore you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?
Tina Boyd 10/06/2021 7:39 PMI've been off refined sugar since 9/20, and I feel like I have more energy than before. I've been eating only food that is sweetened by Mother Earth.

Liz Siu 10/12/2021 9:53 AMThat is such a great question and you are so awesome for noticing those details! From my understanding white sugar, aka cane sugar, is the one that gets its white color from being processed through animal bones. Very interesting concept! I like to eat dates and fruit as a more natural vegan sugar.
