Whew . . . last day of the challenge!!

Focusing on gratitude creates a more positive outlook. When things are good, you feel empowered to do more.

Ask if the new item is really needed. If so, then what item can be let go of to make room for the new?

Raked my garden this afternoon during the inservice lunch break...phew...

I've been wanting to cut down all of the junk mail for quite some time and I am so happy that EcoChallenge provided all of the resources to do this in one place!

My neighborhood association is doing Zoom meeting which are easier for many to attend and provide input.

Active listening is something that takes awareness. It's not automatic for me. I notice that when I allow extra space in the conversation, the other person usually has more insight to share. 

Today is the final day of the Ecochallenge! I have learned so much the past three weeks and I'm excited to keep maintaining my daily actions :)

This challenge helped to solidify a couple of my actions and more importantly it pushed me to complete a number of one time actions.
