    Focusing on gratitude creates a more positive outlook. When things are good, you feel empowered to do more.

    I've been wanting to cut down all of the junk mail for quite some time and I am so happy that EcoChallenge provided all of the resources to do this in one place!

    My neighborhood association is doing Zoom meeting which are easier for many to attend and provide input.

    What was it like to actively listen to someone? How did both people and the conversation(s) benefit from active listening?

    Active listening is something that takes awareness. It's not automatic for me. I notice that when I allow extra space in the conversation, the other person usually has more insight to share.

    Today is the final day of the Ecochallenge! I have learned so much the past three weeks and I'm excited to keep maintaining my daily actions :)

    This challenge helped to solidify a couple of my actions and more importantly it pushed me to complete a number of one time actions.
