October 27 at 5:31 AMThe beach was incredibly clean this morning - kind of a nice way to wrap up the Eco Challenge. I will continue to walk the beach each morning while we are staying in NSB, doing my best to do my part to keep the beach and the ocean clean, removing plastic and other waste.

October 26 at 1:25 PMToday, I attended a Zoom lecture from the University of York entitled, "The New Age of Empire: How Racism and Colonialism Still Rule the World." The author, Professor Kehinde Andrews stated there are only 160 black professors in England. There are 20,000 professors in the country. That was a gut wrenching statement.
