Plastic and waste pick up along the beach
I will walk the beach every morning for 30-45 minutes and pick up all of the plastic and other waste/garbage I see during my walk. I chose this as the recent hurricane in the Mid Atlantic has sent a lot of garbage back onto the Florida shore.

PHIL LAMB 10/28/2021 11:08 AMIt was very rewarding participating in the challenge. I had a significant impact on the beach and the ocean. It was personally rewarding, and very nice to see so many others on the beach doing their part to clean our beaches and the ocean. -

PHIL LAMB 10/27/2021 5:31 AMThe beach was incredibly clean this morning - kind of a nice way to wrap up the Eco Challenge. I will continue to walk the beach each morning while we are staying in NSB, doing my best to do my part to keep the beach and the ocean clean, removing plastic and other waste. -

PHIL LAMB 10/25/2021 10:04 AMThe ocean tide was rough last night, a lot of debris washed up on shore. Deposited multiple bags of plastic, shoes, bottle caps, rope/twine/fishing line in to the garbage cans. Nice to see several others doing the same. -
