Having the structure from the Ecochallange provides a way to give out honest, detailed information from a reliable source. Having them be a leader in this space encourages others to join the “team”, where our end goal is to create a more sustainable future.

Woohooo last day!! The sun is bit out today and I'm excited to take a walk and get my coffee and then go to the gym!

I think I could definitely make walking or taking the bus to the grocery store a part of my routine and it would definitely make a big impact in my carbon footprint since I got there so often. 

Since I am just getting started with investing its great that I was able to dedicate the time and read some articles on how to invest ethically. I will definitely keep my eyes peeled when it comes to investing in new companies!

Today I opted to make coffee at home instead of going to local coffee shop. Not only did I reduce the use of disposable cups/lids, but I used resources I already had at home. 

My engineers and I went and picked up trash and cleaned up bird seed at both of the bus stops around our building this morning! It was honestly nice to get outside and away from my computer for a few minutes while also doing something good. It's the last day! My office had actually discussed participating in an ecochallenge as a team last Earth Day and now that I have nearly completed the challenge, I think we are going to get a team started sometime in the near future!!
