This last week I was so excited to take a much needed break from work. My husband and I were able to take a mini honeymoon on our 1-year wedding anniversary to Vermont to see the fall foliage. We enjoyed tons of outdoor time, fresh air, meeting locals and learning each town we visited. It gave us time to focus on ourselves, read, relax and disconnect, focus on each other and connect with nature. We loved seeing the historic towns and going to quite a few farmers markets during our stay.

Taking additional steps to clear up my eating habits has not only made me physically feel lighter, but clears my mind making me more productive and active. So many personal benefits from watching what you eat.
