    it was wonderful challenge that gave me the chance to know where and I ,and how I have to be .

    I have learned that tracking your daily behaviors is so important to know if you have to reevaluate your behaviors again. for example, I found that I did waste some food because of buying too much or storing food in the wrong way .

    I did read the article about whole foods ,and it was wonderful . I could know things that I did not know before.

    I learned more about being mindful of all aspects of my life. I spent less money and exercised more. I bought more fresh food and less packaged items. Overall had a genuinely great experience and plan to implement more of these choices into my everyday life.

    reduce eating too much meat is really helpful to save our environment . this will help to reduce the carbon dioxide gas emission and the methane gas .

    I have been stretching when I'm not going on runs. I love getting my blood flowing and I really need it after sleeping.
