    it was wonderful challenge that gave me the chance to know where and I ,and how I have to be .

    I have learned that tracking your daily behaviors is so important to know if you have to reevaluate your behaviors again. for example, I found that I did waste some food because of buying too much or storing food in the wrong way .

    reduce eating too much meat is really helpful to save our environment . this will help to reduce the carbon dioxide gas emission and the methane gas .

    it is so nice when you challenge yourself for the benefit of the environment . for example, for me I try to not waste water especially while brushing teeth or taking shower or even watering my plants .
