  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food
Michael Pollan states that “it is better to pay the grocer (our edit: or the farmer!) than the doctor.” What are your thoughts on this assertion?

If we are able to establish good habits by eating healthy food which may cost maybe a little more, we will end up paying less for medication and doctors. Same of the proverb "One apple per day keeps doctors away"

Yes to that, and to stop wasting food just because it does not look perfect!
