REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Whole Foods DietMichael Pollan states that “it is better to pay the grocer (our edit: or the farmer!) than the doctor.” What are your thoughts on this assertion?
Costanza Zavalloni 10/06/2021 10:15 AMIf we are able to establish good habits by eating healthy food which may cost maybe a little more, we will end up paying less for medication and doctors. Same of the proverb "One apple per day keeps doctors away"-
Wendy Olmstead 10/07/2021 9:20 AMYes to that, and to stop wasting food just because it does not look perfect!
