    drought is the most concern in southern california climate.

    We try to avoid using single use items by packing a to-go bag by the door, where we have reusable caps, food containers, straws and clothe napkins.

    All relationship stems from the master relationship to one self.   Giving myself compassion creates room for me to see the world and others from a place of connectedness, as one.

    I find avoiding overbooking myself a key to stay centered and present when I show up for my meetings.  Centering provided me to stay true and aware to my values.
