We get so wrapped up in our own thoughts and ideas that having a healthy reminder of someone else's version of reality is grounding, or, it can be. -

Tanesia Butterfield 10/27/2021 2:51 PMIt has allowed me to move past feelings of anger directed at myself and others and unburdens me from feelings that really only affect me. It can be difficult to do but creating and sustaining an attitude of forgiveness has helped a lot in my personal life. -

I feel like every time I dig out a box there is something I swear I lost ages ago that I can mix into my every day things.
