Crystal Padua 10/27/2021 2:15 PMAfter tracking my spending during the duration of this challenge, I have learned that I have a habit called "latte factor." Seeing an overview of what I spend just on coffee, almost daily enabled me to start making better spending habits that do not include the unnecessary daily habit spending of coffee. With that said, the shifts I will be taking is to make coffee at home. -

Crystal Padua 10/27/2021 1:47 PMWhat really helped me with mindfulness practice was self-awareness. With self-awareness, I was able to become more mindful and not live on auto-pilot.... Mindfulness cultivated a multitude of benefits which allowed me to either accept what I cannot control or change what I have control over. -
