    The reason I decided to join the challenge and chose the actions I did was to create new, but healthy habits. My goal is to rewire my brain by replacing the unhealthy habits with healthier one.

    Social media can keep us connected with loved ones, make us laugh, and help us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days, how do you feel? What do you notice?

    Not being on social media for some time allows me to self-reflect on just how much I engage on "FOMO." It is an oxymoron. It both connects people together and it can also disconnect people.

    After tracking my spending during the duration of this challenge, I have learned that I have a habit called "latte factor." Seeing an overview of what I spend just on coffee, almost daily enabled me to start making better spending habits that do not include the unnecessary daily habit spending of coffee. With that said, the shifts I will be taking is to make coffee at home.

    What really helped me with mindfulness practice was self-awareness. With self-awareness, I was able to become more mindful and not live on auto-pilot.... Mindfulness cultivated a multitude of benefits which allowed me to either accept what I cannot control or change what I have control over.

    My top core values are: self-respect, love, compassion, honesty, & kindness. With self-awareness I was able to narrow it down to what I value most as it reflects who I am as an individual.
