REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicityWhat did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?
Brittany Tague 10/13/2021 6:59 AMBy choosing to do an activity instead of being in front of a screen, I have felt more productive. It isn't hard to choose something over screen time, but it does take a conscious thought because I think it has become a common habit to pass time. I have spent the time playing with my dogs and trying to do at least one task on my to-do list.
