    What did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?

    By choosing to do an activity instead of being in front of a screen, I have felt more productive. It isn't hard to choose something over screen time, but it does take a conscious thought because I think it has become a common habit to pass time. I have spent the time playing with my dogs and trying to do at least one task on my to-do list.
