    Slept for 3 extra hours last night! First time I've slept over 8hours in a long, long time. The extra exercise is tiring!

    Slept for 8hours last night for the first time in years. Feel much more energized.

      That is awesome! I typically get around 7 hours. I really want to focus on going to bed earlier and waking up earlier. That is when I feel the most energized.
