REFLECTION QUESTIONNatureFather Thomas Berry says, "... our primary purpose is celebration. Celebration of the dawn and the sunset and the different seasons of the year is a religious ritual, a way in which humans can establish their integral relationship with the universe, with the planet Earth." What is your response to Berry's assertion?
Russell Lampton 10/27/2021 7:35 AMI love the feeling of an early start! I daily walk my dog in the pre-dawn hours. I stretch and have quiet meditation to begin a new day. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONAction Track: Healing and RenewalConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Russell Lampton 10/07/2021 8:10 AMI go to bed rather early and rise early too. I enjoy the solitude and the "clean slate" each new day brings. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONAction Track: Healing and RenewalFresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?
Russell Lampton 10/07/2021 8:09 AMI begin each work day at 4:30 with coffee and a dog walk, followed by stretching or strength work. Afterwards, I feel energized for what the day will bring at home and work!-
Donna Meeds 10/21/2021 11:32 AMPrior to covid, I walked an hour a day around 4 pm. My work shift was 11 am to 8 pm, so it gave me a really great recharge in the middle of the day. It gave time away from the computer screen, fresh air, and the experience of beauty in my walk. I loved seeing the same trees change through the seasons.

Russell Lampton 10/07/2021 7:59 AMExercise and keeping away from toxic people! Others can benefit by doing the same. The Pandemic brought us "social distancing" the new name for how I have been living my life! LOL. -
