At first, I thought this was going to be really unpleasant, I expected the vegetarian options at the dining hall to be really bad. It turned out to be much easier than I expected. I had a lot of great meals along the way that I probably would have never eaten. I expect I'll continue to have the occasional vegetarian meal after October ends.
