Valerie Kennedy 10/25/2021 3:16 PMThis ecochallenge forces me to be intentional in everyday actions. I really enjoy challenging myself to complete a new task, but also to start routines by doing things daily. I do find it hard to remember to check in daily, especially on the weekends when I am not on the computer, even if I am still actively engaging in my daily tasks.-
Courtney Groszhans 10/27/2021 7:39 PMI too do not check in on the weekends, but I do sometimes log my activity on Monday (you can still check in on past days), I think it is technically less "points", but it is like you said, setting up a routine and tracking your progress!

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Valerie Kennedy 10/25/2021 3:13 PMWe have a new puppy and she has forced me to run in all weather. This has made me appreciate everything that comes with each of the seasons. Right now its the crisp air and pretty fall leaves that I notice the most. The other thing I have noticed more is the moon, its shape and the times that you can see it. Personally, I try to make sure I am present and taking in everything I can through all the senses! Going for a run definitely improves my mood and makes me feel good.
