Alex Hays 10/11/2021 7:32 AMI thought my water consumption was better than most, but the amount of meat products I eat every day seriously affected how much water I use. It takes an enormous amount of water to grow food for the meat industry, plus even more water to process and transport it. Reducing meat from just one meal a week can make a huge difference. -
