REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthBefore you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?
Tyler Davis 10/14/2021 4:13 PMI was absolutely addicted. I would binge eat junk food regularly. I started cutting sugar out of my diet early Oct (except for coffee creamer and beer), and I don't have the same cravings I used to. It's more the opposite; the thought of eating so much sugar makes me sick to my stomach. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Tyler Davis 10/14/2021 3:47 PMEncouraging friends to work out with you, participating in a team sport, or doing activities outside like hiking and biking.
