    Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?

    I was absolutely addicted. I would binge eat junk food regularly. I started cutting sugar out of my diet early Oct (except for coffee creamer and beer), and I don't have the same cravings I used to. It's more the opposite; the thought of eating so much sugar makes me sick to my stomach.
