Tia Troxel 10/17/2021 11:24 AMI've been able to shift my mindset on what defines exercise. I don't have to go to the gym or go on a run in order to exercise my body. Exercise can be a daily activity such as a walk or playing an active game. I exercised yesterday by playing football and spikeball at the beach!
