Learned that the city of Fort Collins requires all new construction projects to recycle all Wood, Cardboard, Masonry aggregate. There are also several locations through out northern Colorado to recycle old motor oil, batteries, paint and antifreeze at only $5 per entry fee. There is also a few places that will recycle your old electronics, tvs, phones etc. for .67 cents a pound to ensure disposal is safe and environmentally responsible.

Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

Walking outside is like a quick reset. When I step away for a few minutes and get that extra blood pumping I'm able to absorb information more effectively. I'm also able to return to my work for calm and focused then  when I left.
