    I spend a lot of time running and just hanging out with friends and family which are my preferred ways of practicing self care!

    It reminds me of how much I have to be grateful for and how not everybody is in that same position and that I can do more to help others who aren't in the same situation.

    It helps me recharge and re-center after sitting at my computer all day.

    What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reusable one with you or aren't allowed to use the one you brought? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to create a successful habit of not using plastic bags?

    If I only have a few items I will carry them in my hands. If I find myself constantly forgetting reusable bags, then I  can just keep a few in my car so they are always there when I need them.
