REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Less Screen TimeWhat did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?
Kristin Noble 10/20/2021 8:18 AMAll day long I'm surrounded by screens. My work computer, my cell phone, my tv, my tablet - it's really hard to escape them. I'm more aware of it, now, thanks to this challenge. I'm a big reader, but screen time has really gotten in the way of that so it's been nice to put down my phone or turn off the tv and pick up a book or spend quality time with my family instead.-
Teresa Broadus 10/20/2021 9:08 AMI've taken up cooking and baking more....just to get away from those darn screens!
