  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Nature Go for a Daily Walk
How do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?

Walks with Riley here remind me to slow down and enjoy where we are, rather than rushing from one destination to the next.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Food Buy From a Farmers Market
What is one food choice that you make, or could make, that would do more good and less harm?

I get my eggs from a local farmer. Beyond the health and typical environmental benefits we think of from eating locally, the chickens consume a diet made in part of fruit/vegetable scraps, which helps cut down on food waste!
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

How can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
