    By far, I enjoy sports (indoors/outdoors) the most, with tennis and ping pong being the prolific ones. I also like to stretch and do light exercises to relax major muscle groups.

    On an average, I am targeting 7-8 hours of sleep without any interruptions. I'd like to consistently sleep between 11 PM - 7 AM. In my experience, having dinner earlier in the evening, a decent physical activity, avoiding noise/excessive bright lights and soothing music/book reading is what works for me, which is what I have got to focus at.
