    Waste Go Paperless
    Reducing your paper mail can reduce mental clutter as well as physical waste -- by reducing what is coming in, you can reduce what is going into the recycling bin too. How does it make you feel? What is the next step you will take to reduce your waste?

    reducing paper makes me feel like i'm saving trees, which makes me think i'm going to be breathing cleaner air. 

    My next step is to make an effort to purchase food consciously, stuff that isn't individually packaged, not taking plastic bags to fill up fruits and veggies, but rather bringing re-usable ones.

    I found a local online shop where i can buy used kids clothing.
    This shop also lets me bring my kids clothing once they outgrow them. So that i can pass them along.

    the eco challenge has really brought an awareness to taking better care of myself such as drinking more water, going for walks, eating healthier, more mindfulness. 

    Life has been so busy i had forgotten to stop and slow down and pay attention to my actions

    I've been getting out and meeting new neighbours. Since we moved this task has been great for me to meet the people in my neighbourhood

    yes that's true. Our culture spends too much time indoors when we start referencing movies and TV shows.

    My challenge so far is going pretty good!  I just have to remember to actually log everything i do :)
