    I recently bought an adjustable desk, I am finding it very useful. Quite often I walk with small steps while standing. check some videos on the benefits of having adjustable/standing desk.

    What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

    I dont prefer plastic bags while doing groceries, I put the items into the shopping cart and load them into my car trunk - I have installed a trunk organizer which helps to store the items, there I can avoid the plastic bags. I recommend everyone to try having a trunk organizer or a storage bin in the car.
