    Overall, it went well.  In the future would like to see a full 30 day for the ecochallenge.    With my schedule it is difficult to log in daily, however I was able to record my daily activities outside of my Dashboard.

    Making a conscious effort to stop, breathe and meditate is good.  I'm slowly starting to see the benefits and by the time this eco challenge is done it will be a habit

    This is an on-going goal for me.  I stay up too late and still get up early.  This is a daily focus for me.
