    Why do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our planet and other people?

    I’ve been trying to eat simpler meals with a focus on whole grains, vegetables, and legumes. It is easy to fall into the habit of eating fast food but the trade off is high calories and low nutrition.

    Technology such as video conferencing provides a way to keep in touch and conduct business meetings without having to take a flight.
