    I baked bread (successfully) for the first time ever! So glad I tried this - even though I’m clearly about a year behind everyone else who started baking bread during COVID!

    My first challenge is making sure I don't go crazy with accepting challenges!  But I've chosen a few that I can do daily and which I *think* are manageable, and which I *know* will be good habits to implement!
