  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Recently I visited Bryce Canyon and there is not better way to have a sense of gratitude for the earths beauty than by visiting a National Park.  With 5 National Parks in Utah its easy to get out and see some beautiful nature and be reminded to take good care of the planet we live on.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health Exercise Daily
How can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?

I completed a workout at the gym and felt strong and empowered.
I took the dog for a walk around the park and enjoyed the sunset and the beauty of the evening.
I made a conscious effort to eat less sugar.
