    Consider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?

    One thing I've wanted to do for a while is to shift my sleep back earlier so that I can have more time in the mornings for routines such as exercise and prayer. I haven't found anything that works well so far, to be honest! But I'm hoping once I get into the habit of it, I will do it and feel the benefits of it more automatically.

    My exercise of choice is a pushup challenge that I convinced my wife to do with me as well! Hopefully it will help give us something else in common that we can be doing together each day!

    One of my chosen actions is to use a reusable water bottle, which has been going well, but in the last couple days I've gotten lazy enough that I haven't even bothered to fill it and bring it with me to work! Even so, I've already saved the 2-3 plastic bottles I would be going through!
