Jackie Chernyak 10/20/2021 8:33 AMI run by myself and enjoy the fresh air and quiet/sounds of nature as I explore my town. Other times, for a walk, I am accompanied by my husband and/or my children which gives us good conversations and quality time.-
Mari-Lynn Flaig 10/21/2021 3:28 AMIt clears the heart and the head...I'm not sure where you are located but in Troy there is a dog free walkable park called Lloyd Stage Nature Center that is really good for that type of exploration. Think small nature center with see through beehive inside (enclosed in glass so no one gets hurt), five acres of trails that are well labeled, and lots of deer, owls, ducks and wild turkeys to spot.

Jackie Chernyak 10/20/2021 8:07 AMI can definitely tell a difference when I consume sugar vs when I avoid it most days. I don't have as much fluid retention if I go a few days without it and I no longer crave it which makes it easier to pass on sweet treats. -

Jackie Chernyak 10/12/2021 8:56 AMMy husband and a regularly walk around our community, and on Sunday's we do a 3 mile family walk as well with our seven and five year olds. We have learned new areas to walk around our town and enjoyed the fresh air this time of year. The leaves are beginning to change color and the weather has been comfortable making for a very enjoyable walk in the daytime/evenings. -
