    Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?

    I don’t believe I was “addicted to sugar” but I am type 1 diabetic (diagnosed as an adult) and it’s been hard to stay on track with the proper food changes. Cut out a TON of foods and I can feel a difference! Hoping this challenge can keep me on track
