    Day 22 of 22, and by knowing I would be held accountable by checking in daily, I completed all of my challenges successfully. The herbs are sprouting up from the ground, I have resources to attract pollinators, will continue to exercise and meditate without over doing it, and will greatly moderate my consumption of animal products.

    If I need a bag, but don't have a reusable one, I often just carry stuff out without bags. I keep an empty bin in my trunk for this so I can just throw stuff in there so it doesn't roll around in the back. I really need to get better at this though, especially plastic produce bags at the store. I wonder what you all use for your produce?

    I planted seeds for dill, cilantro, and parsley. These grow through the winter in the Brazos Valley. Dill and cilantro do not survive the summer heat, but parsley grows year round.     The obvious answer is that they can afford it. In rural Mexico, for example, traditionally meals consisted of corn, beans, vegetables, and occasional meat.
