I saw the moon today on my morning walk. Looking forward to a clear weekend.

My biggest challenging to meet my biking goal was twisting my ankle and having to take the bus. But I still managed to do some exercise on the parts of my body I could move without harming my ankle more!

The rain is so important but I am grateful for the pauses between showers.

I have become an avid birder, so getting outside is the norm these days. Yesterday I walked around Oaks Bottom and found the Mandarin Ducks. This weekend I am heading to Wallowa County to bird. One hike will include looking for a Spruce Grouse.

Had good luck hunting for chanterelles this year!
