    It’s difficult to understand because we don’t usually personally see where it goes or what it does; our waste and the effects happen out of our sight, and we typically throw out waste or buy things in small amounts that build up, so it’s hard to understand the impacts.

    I’m not sure what foods I should try to preserve other than pickles (you should totally reply and suggest some for me).

    I’ve usually driven a lot in my life, but in my neighborhood we bike and walk a lot too. Because of that I don’t take a bus or light rail or train very often; it’s not as normal for me unless I’m not near home, but I’ll often walk or bike if I’m not going far and it’s not dark or rainy.

    I usually get around 7 hours of sleep, which isn’t bad, but I still function best with 9. I’m not very good at going to sleep early, but it helps if I don’t procrastinate so I finish homework early, and I’m not on a screen to entertain myself before bed.
