  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Simplicity
Social media can keep us connected with loved ones, make us laugh, and help us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days, how do you feel? What do you notice?

I've been intentionally leaving my phone on silent and in a seperate room for the majority of my lunch period. This experience has made me more present with my roommates/pets during my lunch, and I have found that it simultaneously allows me to process my thoughts easier regarding my intention for the rest of my day. I notice that I leave my lunch period with a great sense of direction and focus.
