    I feel more and more progress with the eco challenge every day, even though I have school tomorrow I am not so stressed about it and I am pretty sure that is because of this meditation.

    The people's ecochallenge is going well, I already am feeling affected by meditating just after two days. I think it has reduced my amount of stress and anxiety and has made me more calm.

    I would like to invest more time reflecting on  the positives and negatives of my day and how they are affecting me.
