    I dont necessarily want to reflect on anything in particular when I meditate. In fact I try to not think of anything at all, to stop my mind from racing and be present in this very moment.

    When I get to be creative it helps me be intentional, and that results in less chaos in my mind and therefore more simplicity.

    How do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?

    I have always loved walking. I usually go for a walk every day on my lunch, the entire 9.5 years I have worked at CB. I have gotten to know downtown Tacoma very well. I feel connected to my city and it helps me reflect when I walk.

    Reminds me that love and kindness are at the root of all the things I do and that helps me make a positive impact on my environment
