Val Williams 10/06/2021 2:27 PMI dont necessarily want to reflect on anything in particular when I meditate. In fact I try to not think of anything at all, to stop my mind from racing and be present in this very moment. -

Val Williams 10/06/2021 2:25 PMI have always loved walking. I usually go for a walk every day on my lunch, the entire 9.5 years I have worked at CB. I have gotten to know downtown Tacoma very well. I feel connected to my city and it helps me reflect when I walk. -
