    Being mindful of my needs vs wants has had many benefits in my day-to-day. From fewer trips to the store, to less garbage and recycling. Seeing these changes so quickly has been an eye opener

    You must be creative in how you entertain yourself, eat, and shop. Its easy to go out and buy a new sports-ket-ball, but much harder to figure out a way to play with what you already have

    Walks, Hiking, and taking the dog to play are big factors in my life, and they all require I get up, go outside and exercise.
