    Hey guys, I honestly loved this ecochallenge assignment because it showed me what I was capable of and taught me the impact I have on the environment🌎.  To "end off" strong I did a 30 minute full body hiit💪 and 10 minutes of stationary biking🚲. I also walked at least 8 minutes to my little brother's bus🚌 stop and back. Side note: For dinner I had chicken🍗 alfredo, sweet potato🍠, and asparagus.

    It was crazy how windy🌬️ it rainy🌧 it was today. Sadly (but not so sadly) I couldn't walk🚶‍♀️to my little brother's bus stop today. So... I decided to do 10 minutes of stationary biking🚲 and a 10 minute ab workout.

    Today I walked 8 minutes to and from my little brother's bus🚌 stop and did a 38 minute family walk for 2 miles. Also, I used no plastic straws🥤. Night night🌃🌚!

    I can walk with my older sister and talk. Also, I could look around and try to notice and appreciate things I've never seen before.

    Today I went on a 30 minute walk🚶‍♀️with my family across the street over at this sand track (Laurel Run Park). Once I came home it was about 6:00, and I decided to do a 15 minute flexiblity stretch😌 and 5 minute core workout🔥. I used no plastic straws🥤 today.
