Gillian Schneider 10/19/2021 6:45 PMSo I was actually sick Sunday, so I slept SO much. Two naps and then about 11.5 hours of sleep. I am feeling so much better--Monday into Tuesday. -

Though I have a change of environment, I will continue to go for walks and to be thankful for my surroundings. And creative writing will write odes and haiku about nature (or other topics). Gillian Schneider 10/09/2021 9:03 PMI am at Starved Rock in Utica, and there is an option to fill a bag from any trash from the trail and get a reusable bag. Such a great idea! Hope to help clean up the trail tomorrow during our hike. -
