Let's make sure to keep life in perspective and treat ourselves. Going on a walk, doing a short meditation, or just taking it easy are all great for mental health. You could also reach out to a coworker or family member to check how they're doing too!

C Scherzer 10/24/2021 12:31 PMAfterwards I understood that there is more we can do in our household and nne small step we took was we changed the kitchen sink to a low-flow faucet. Conventional faucets flow at around 5 gallons per minute, while low-flow faucets flow at 1.5 gallons per minute.
