Danae Sakuma 10/07/2021 5:18 PMI don't normally cook with tofu (or radishes!), but I enjoyed making this NYT recipe for Sweet and Spicy Tofu with Soba Noodles for a meatless-meal this week. Would definitely recommend to others looking for flavorful weeknight meals that also happen to be vegan!
